Dustin Sifford

	Coach Sifford graduated from Independence High in Glendale, Arizona  in 2000. He then played at Central Iowa University. In 2004 he was hired as a history/government teacher 
at Buckeye Union High school where he coached the junior varsity and freshmen teams for 3 years. In the winter of 2007 coach Sifford was hired to start the baseball program for Youngker High School. The last 2 years at Youngker the program has a record of 38-16.

Kevin Bulger 

	Coach Bulger graduated form Tigard High School just outside of Portland, Oregon in 1989.  During his time at Tigard he played in two State Championship Final Games, winning the second one.  After graduating Coach Bulger attended Oregon State University and soon began his coaching career.  Coach Bulger has been coaching for the last 14 years spending all but one season coaching at the high school level. Coach Bulger won an Oregon State Championship at Southridge High School as a coach in 2004 before moving to Arizona.  Since moving to Arizona Coach Bulger has been coaching in Buckeye.  Coach Bulger coached the Buckeye Middle School Falcons to the league championship in 2006 and coached the Buckeye Union High School JV team last season.  Coach Bulger is currently a kindergarten teacher at Buckeye Primary School and also the Head Girls Golf Coach at BUHS.  Coach Bulger lives in Buckeye with his wife TeeJay and two young sons Brady and Fletcher.

Andy Richey 
	Coach Richey has been involved in baseball for 46 years. He started his playing career in Grandview, Washington beginning with Little League; proceeding to junior high school; senior high school; semi-pro; and finally college (Central Washington University). 
	Coach Richey began his coaching career while still in high school, coaching and umpiring Little League and ultimately running the little league program in his home town. During his senior year in college, he was the assistant coach at Ellensburg High School, in Ellensburg, Washington. In 1980, Coach Richey became the head baseball coach at Grandview High School. From there his career took him to Enumclaw High School in Enumclaw, Washington, Thunderbird High School in Phoenix AZ, Dysart High School in El Mirage, AZ, Independence High in 1990 and finally Youngker High in 2009.              	At Independence high school, he spent 2 years as the varsity assistant before taking over the program in 1992. Since then, he has been involved with the baseball program as the varsity coach, assistant varsity coach, or the freshman coach.
Coach Richey has been married to his lovely wife, Becky for 30 years. They have two beautiful daughters, Katie (23 yrs) and Andrea (21 yrs).

Darrell Hatfield 
	Coach Hatfield grew up in Lincoln, Illinois. He attended Lincoln Community High school where he played baseball and wrestled. His senior year of baseball was played under Illinois coaching legend Ed Moore. After graduating high school he attended Spoon River College in Canton, Illinois on a baseball scholarship. In 2002 he returned to his Alma Mater and spent three years as the Varsity Assistant Baseball coach and during the summers he was the Assistant Junior Legion coach. He also was an instructor at the Midwest baseball Academy in Jacksonville, Illinois. This is his third year coaching in Arizona. Coach Hatfield spent one year coaching at Buckeye High school before moving to Youngker in 2008 to coach the Freshmen. He moved to Arizona in 2005 and currently resides in Buckeye with his wife Jennifer and their son Jackson.

Joe Kinney

	Coach Kinney graduated from Waverly High School, which is outside of Lincoln Nebraska in 2000. During his time at Waverly he played for four year. Coach Kinney went on to attend and play baseball at Doane College in Crete, Nebraska in 2002. During the summer after graduation Coach Kinney began coaching Legion Baseball teams across southeast Nebraska. Soon after his start in coaching he bagan his Masters degree in secondary education and was hired in the summer of 2008 to teach English.
